A working litigator. On retainer.
I'm Evan Bell — a licensed Arkansas attorney, a working litigator, and the person doing every draft you'll receive.
I've been licensed in Arkansas since April 2012. I run a solo practice in Conway, with most of my courtroom time in Faulkner County and the surrounding 20th Judicial Circuit, though I've handled cases in nearly every part of the state. Family law, probate, guardianship, and general civil litigation. I'm in court every week. I draft motions for my own cases the same way I'll draft them for yours: like the success of a contested hearing depends on it, because in my own practice, it does.
Most Arkansas solo and small-firm practices reach a point where the drafting load gets too heavy — but where the math on hiring an associate doesn't quite work. Arkansas Legal Drafting is built for that gap. After fourteen years of practice, I've developed the workflows, templates, and speed that come from drafting this kind of work every week. Arkansas Legal Drafting puts that capacity to work for other Arkansas attorneys — a licensed colleague drafting in the background, no hire to manage, no long-term commitment.
What you'll get back is a draft that's ready to file in most cases, ready to refine in others, and always written by someone who understands that you're the one whose name goes on it. I draft like a litigator because I am one.
Let's talk about your practice.
A 20-minute call is the first step. We'll confirm fit, talk through what your typical drafting week looks like, and figure out which tier makes sense.
